You can set a range for an hourly rate or a fixed rate. Additionally, you can seek people to work for non-cash arrangements. In your description, describe what value your project can offer to someone.

Review portfolios.

Search in the Dreamfish network for someone who fits. You will see work portfolios with previous activity, skills, and goals. Each profile will also tell you service fees, as well as personal, social, and environmental impact the person wants to create.

Read references.

You will also see feedback by coworkers and references by former clients.
